What To Expect

WHAT TO EXPECT AT HBC:

We invite your family to join us this Sunday for one of our Worship Services! We believe that church should be exciting, meaningful, and life-giving for the whole family. You can expect to be welcomed into a friendly, casual environment by people who are genuinely excited to see you. Our services last about an hour, are filled with ** worship music, and you’ll hear an engaging message from the Bible by Pastor Larry Lamberth. Arrive a few minutes early to enjoy a warm cup of coffee on us!

1st Time Visitors: We know that it can be a little scary visiting somewhere for the first time. So, we have a special team that goes out of their way to ensure that you feel welcomed. To get the full First Time Guest Experience, simply turn on your flashers as you enter our parking lot and you’ll be directed to a prime parking area. From there, our Guest Services will greet you and make sure that you know exactly where to go. Your family is in good hands!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

People come to church in a variety of different styles. Anything from suits, dresses to jeans. Honestly, we aren’t picky about what you wear. We’re just glad to have you join us!

WHAT ABOUT OUR CHILDREN:

We love to serve families of every size, shape and style, which is why we make your children our priority!

Younger children (infant through 5th grade) will love HBC Kids! HBC Kids includes our Ark Avenue program for infants through 4-year-olds and our Hiskidz program for 1st – 5th grade. HBC Kids offers a safe, high-energy, fun and dynamic environment for children during all three service times (8:45am 10:00am and 11:15am). Children will enjoy hands-on learning activities, build friendship and will love learning about Jesus.

Middle School students (6th – 8th grades) are encouraged to attend Elevate which takes place at 10:00am. Students will have the chance to get to know other kids through activities when they first arrive and end with an engaging Bible lesson. Your middle school student will find it easy to jump in and know they belong!

High School students can get connected at 516 Youth that meets at 10:00am. 516 Youth is a great place for your high school student to get connected and to get focused on the Word of God.
